Our quality control labs, located in Charlotte, NC and Tucson, AZ, enforce stringent specifications and requirements to ensure our customers’ needs are exceeded. Active is ISO 9001:2000 certified and all of our facilities are Fastener Quality Act (FQA) compliant.

Active also employs a "Six Star" Vendor Certification Program that monitors the quality of our suppliers assuring that our customers are getting the highest possible quality products. Suppliers are rated on an annual basis and placed in 4-Star, 5-Star and 6-Star categories. To achieve 6-Star Certification, suppliers must provide 100% of their products for over 2 years at 100% Lot Acceptance.
